Cassie, from Bedford High School in Michigan picked the perfect day for her session at the Botanical Gardens, the flowers were in full bloom and it was absolutely gorgeous. Add a gorgeous girl to the mix and you get a fantastic outdoor session.

We have had a really hot summer this year and Abby’s Toledo Downtown session was no exception but as hot as it was Abby managed to look fantastic.  She plays soccer for Southview, I can’t wait to get you scheduled for your “Big Sky Sports” pictures. I will be calling you in the next week or so. Hopefully it won’t be as hot.

Abby brought a  friend to her session and we had a special modeling session from him. It has got to be one of the funniest sessions I have had.

This was Scotty’s first photo shoot. He did really good but definitely let me know when he was done.  Since Mom and Dad both have tattoos I figured it was only appropriate that he had one also.

I came out to Colorado on Tues to help my mom after her knee surgery. Yesterday I met up with some photography friends and Michelle was able to find a few girls that came out to model for us. A few of them were dancers so we got some great images of them, here are a couple of my favorites.

With as much fun as we had yesterday my night got even more exciting! I was driving back from Michelle’s and got a call from my son saying his wife was in labor and they were heading to the hospital. I was praying it was just a false alarm but that stinker decided he was coming 3 weeks early. It is going to be a week before I can get my hands on my first grandbaby. He also ruined his mommy’s plans for being at the county fair this week. She is involved in the equestrian events and is now going to miss everything. As a newborn he is just as ornery as his dad.

Here are my favorites of Scotty McKenzie. Needless to say this baby will not be lacking in pictures.

I would like to thank all the men and women that have and are serving in the military. Being the daughter, wife and mother of members of the military I understand the sacrifices you have given to help protect us.
